ADAPTERS
The voltage in your room is 220V/50Hz. Adapters are available from Reception (dial 9). Please note a 15€ fee will be charged upon check-out will if not returned.
AIR CONDITIONNED
You can adjust the temperature in your room. Simply set the desired temperature using the control panel located just next to the door. The hotel is taking concrete action to reduce its carbon footprint, we limit the temperature range of the air conditioning from 19 to 24°.
ALLERGIES
If you suffer from food allergies or intolerances, please let the reception know so that we can cater for your special needs at breakfast or if you require room service.

BREAKFAST
The breakfast is served downstairs at the breakfast room from the 7 till 11.00 am every day. We are also offering room service for the breakfast, without any extra charge. You may ask reception to assist you to place your request.
BUSINESS CORNER
A computer is available for you at the reception.

CHARGERS
A range of chargers is available for charging your mobile phones, tablets and PDAs. Please contact our reception to specify the type of charger you wish to borrow. Note that an extra fee of 12 € will be charged in case of no return upon check out.
CHECK-IN
The rooms are ready every day after 3 pm. We offer an early check in option, starting from 12 pm depending on our room availability for an extra charge of 50€.
CHECK-OUT
The checkout is at 12 pm every day. You have also the possibility to ask for a late check out until 2pm for an extra cost of 50€. The acceptance of this request depends on the room availability
CHILDREN
Special in-room facilities are provided for children on request, either at time of booking or from reception. A bed for children under the age of three years old, bottle warmer, baby change mat or high-chair are available.
COPIES
You can print or copy any document you need at the reception. This is a free service for maximum of 10 copies. You may send us your files to our official e-mail: bonjour@hotelmaximopera.com

DEGRADATIONS
Great care has been taken with every detail of your room’s exclusive decoration scheme. Accordingly, if any of these items were damaged accidentally, Hotel Maxim Opera would be in the obligation to charge the spoilage to your bill.
DO NOT DISTURB
Please, let reception know if you do not wish to be disturbed, to prevent calls being put through to your room. You can also contact us to indicate a preferred time for the housekeeping service.

ENTRY DOOR
Please note we are closing the doors to access to the hotel at night. You will find a ring bell next to the door. The night auditor will open the door as soon as you ring the bell.

FIRE AND SAFETY
On arrival, please read the fire and safety instructions displayed in your room and in the hallways.
FREE DRINKS
You will be able find treats at the hall level: coffee, fresh water, and homemade cake.
FRONT OFFICE
The reception is open 24/24. You can join us from the phone by dialling 9 as well as per mail bonjour@hotelmaximopera.com.

HOUSEKEEPER
A chambermaid is in charge of taking care of your room. She will clean your room, except if you hang the “Do not disturb” sign on your door. If you would like to specify a particular time for this service, please inform reception.

INTERNET
Free Internet access (Wi-Fi) is available in every room and throughout the Hotel. Choose the access called « HOTEL MAXIM OPERA ». The ID and password are the same : mopera

KEYCARD
If you are sharing a room, please ask reception to issue a keycard to each occupant. In addition to opening the door to your room, the keycard is also used to switch on the power, when it is inserted into the switch next to the entrance door. The keycard should be removed from the switch when you leave the room. Please do not insert any objects other than the keycard, to not interfere the switch operation.

LAUNDRY / DRY CLEANING
The laundry service is open from Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays. A bag is provided for this purpose at the reception. You may fill in the form, close your bag and bring them to the reception. The laundry taken before 11 AM is given back the same day of pick up, later than 11 AM the laundry is returned the next day.
LUGGAGE
There is a luggage room at the reception level where you can keep your luggage during the day.
LOST ITEM
If you lost something inside your room, please contact the reception as soon as possible. We will check it out with the Housekeeping Service and send your items by post office if you already left.

NO SMOKING
The Hotel Maxim Opera is a non-smoking establishment. This applies to all rooms, the lobby and all indoor areas. We would ask you to comply with our smoke-free policy for everyone’s comfort and well-being. Guests who fail to adhere to this policy are reminded that smoking will set off both the smoke and fire alarms. Furthermore, if we notice tobacco odors in your room, Hotel Maxim Opera will charge 100€ to your bill.

We will send you a quality survey per mail. All the comments and opinions from our guests regarding the Maxim Opera Hotel are crucial for the quality of service we would like to give to our customers.

Your room has a safe to protect your valuables. You will find full instructions on the safe door.
SUSTAINABILITY
To contribute to sustainability, please put the towels you want to be changed on the floor. This permits to economies in terms of water, electricity and less use of chemical products.

An umbrella is provided at the reception. A 15 € fee will be charged if not returned upon check-out

If you require a wake-up call, please contact reception the day before to request the time you wish to be called at.
